Passed away suddenly at home, on April 4, 2016, aged 72.

Funeral Service to be held at St Andrew's United Reformed Church, Wall Heath, on April 20, at 10.45am, followed by Committal at Gornal Crematorium, at 11.40am.

Family flowers only please.
