Passed peacefully away at home surrounded by her loving Family, on Friday, February 19, 2016 aged 70 years.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at St Mark's Church Pensnett, at 1.15pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 2.10pm.

At the Families request black need not be worn.

Flowers or donations in memory of Eileen will be kindly accepted for the Georgina Unit at Russells Hall Hospital and may be forwarded to the Funeral Directors
