Mom, Nan and Great-Nan

One year today.

They say that hearts don't break Lord but we know that's not true, the day You took our Mom, you broke our hearts in two.

So if there is another life and we are born once more, we pray that You will give us back the Mom we had before.

Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
