Service of Thanksgiving at Bethany Baptist Church, Chadsmoor, on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at12 noon, followed by Cremation at Stafford.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to be shared between Cancer Research UK and Bethany Baptist Church.
