The Family would like to thank everyone for their attendance at the Celebration of the life of Derek, which took place at Christ Church, Quarry Bank on November 30, 2015.

Special thanks to Dr C S Barr, Consultant Cardiologist.

Thank you all for the generous donations that will go to support the Coronary Care Unit, at Russells Hall Hospital, which totalled œ700.

Derek will be sadly missed but always remembered.
