Sadly passed away on November 4, 2015, aged 65 years.
A much loved Husband, Son, Father and Grandfather who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Monday, November 30, at 9.45am.
Family flowers only.
Donations in lieu appreciated made payable to Ward C41 Trust Fund at New Cross Hospital may be handed to the Family.
