Peacefully passed away on July 23, 2015, aged 80 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, August 14, at 11.40am.

All Family and Friends welcome to the Summerhill Social Club, Princes End, Tipton, DY4 9PZ, after the Service.

Flowers welcome from all and donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation, which can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
