Sadly passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at home, aged 70 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at St. Chad's Church, Chadsmoor on Tuesday, July 28, at 12 noon followed by Interment at St. Peter's Churchyard, Hednesford.

A loving and supportive Husband, Father and Grandfather.

He will be deeply missed by his Wife Wendy, Daughter Helen, Son-in-Law Del and Granddaughter Lily Iris.

All Friends and Family are invited to a buffet in St. Chad's Church Hall after the interment.

Wendy and Helen would like to thank everyone for the many kind messages of sympathy and support which they have received during this very painful and distressing time.
