Passed away at St Giles Walsall Hospice on Monday, June 1.
He will be sadly missed by his Children Julie and Stuart and all his Family and Friends.
His Funeral will take place on Monday, June 15, at 2.15pm, at Streetly Crematoruim, West Chapel, Hardwick Road, Streetly, WS9 0SG.
