Funeral Service a Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Monday, December 5, at 1.45pm.

You only have one Dad and I'm so proud you were mine, it broke my heart of lose you but my memories will last for all of time.

I know you are up there with Mum now and one day we will meet again.

I cannot begin to express how much losing you means to me, we shared so many special years together and a bond that was unbreakable, I have lost my Soulmate, both as a wonderful Brother and best Friend, you will remain in my thoughts forever.
