Sadly passed away on November 19, 2011, at The Manor Hospital, Walsall.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, December 1, 2011, at Bentley Emmanuel Church, at 10am, followed by Burial at Jamesbridge Cemetery, at 11am.
