Passed away at New Cross Hospital, on March 14, 2015, aged 76 years.

Sadly missed by Husband Stan and many Relatives, Friends and Neighbours.

Della was most appreciative of the kindness shown by the Staff at threehospitals during her short but often stressful illness as well as the loyalty of her own good Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Friday, April 10, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please any donations made in lieu of floral tributes will be acknowledged and distributed equally to Friends of West Park Rehabiliation, New Cross and Oswestry Orthopedic Hospitals c/o
