Passed away peacefully at Hartlands Hospital, January 24, 2015, aged 88 years.
Funeral Service and Cremation at Yardley Crematorium, 3.15pm, Monday, February 9, 2015.
Family flowers only please.
Donations to Macmillan Cancer Care,
Sadly missed by Daughters Susan, Christine, Joy, Glenys, Son Trevor, also Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
