Suddenly passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, aged 33 years.

Funeral Service to be held on Friday, January 16, 2015, at 3.45pm at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

Flowers welcome.

Donations if desired to Tackle Diabetes Wolves Community Trust.

Family have kindly asked for Wolves shirts to be worn at the Service.

Family and Friends are welcome afterwards to The Pear Tree, Cannock Road, Wolverhampton.

Swift and sudden came God's call, without goodbye you left us all, you were my youngest Son, so proud you were mine, the love and memories I have of you will last till the end of time.

My heart aches with sadness and my tears still flow, what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.

DearLord treasure Dave with care, I love and miss him so much.
