Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Stafford Hospital on Tuesday, October 4, 2011.
Funeral, Wednesday, October 19, 2011, 2.30pm, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, afterwards at Fordhouses CricketClub, Wobaston Road, WV9 5HH.
