Passed away on November 13, 2014, aged 84 years.
Much loved by Husband Derek, Son Stephen and Sister Annette.
Memories of you are ours to treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium on Thursday, December 4, at 12.15pm.
Family flowers only.
A collection box will be provided for donations to The Deanesly Centre, New Cross Hospital.
