A loving and devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother.
Died peaceully in The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on October 6, 2014.
Funeral Service held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on October 23, at 12.15pm.
Will always be loved and never forgotten.
Husband Reg, Donna, Matthew and Grandchildren.
