Passed away peacefully after a long illness on September 29, 2014, aged 60 years.

Beloved Wife of Robin, loving Mom to Michelle and dearest Nana to Louie.

Ann will be sadly missed by all.

The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at St Mary's Catholic Church, Hallcourt Cresent, Cannock, WS11 3AB at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Great Wyrley Cemetery, Station Street, WS6 7EG.
