Passed peacefully away on September 5, 2014, aged 65 years.
Will be sadly missed by Daughter Karla, Son-in-law Simon and Grandchildren.
Funeral Service to be held in St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Thursday, September 25, at10am, followed by Interment in Hall Green Cemetery.
