Sadly left us on July 29, 2014, aged 50.

Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at St Thomas' Church, Wednesfield, at 2pm, then on to Bushbury Crematorium at 3pm.

Family flowers only. Donations tocharity available on the day.

They say it's a beautiful journey from the old world to the new, someday we'll make that journey, which will lead us straight to you and when we reach that garden, in which there is no pain, we'll put our arms around you and we'll never part again.
