Loving Husband of the late Jean Mary Smith, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014, aged 89 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Powke Lane Crematorium on Tuesday, August 12, at 4pm.
