Passed away peacefully in hospital surrounded by Family after a short illness, on July 14, 2014, aged 68 years.
The devoted Husband of Lin and beloved Dad of Ian, Andrew and Gail.
Also a loving Grandad to ten Children, a dear Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Father-in-law and Friend.
Service will be held at Streetly Crematorium, on Wednesday, July 23, at 3pm.
Family flowers only.
