Suddenly passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
The Funeral Service will take place at Rushall Parish Church, Walsall, on Wednesday, July 16, at 2pm, followed by Burial in Streetly Cemetery.
Family flowersonly by request, donations if desired will go to Macmillan Cancer Trust.
