Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, aged 57 years.
A beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother who will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Funeral Service will be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium, on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 10.45am.
In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted for Help for Heroes.
