Sadly passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.
Loved and missed by her Family, Friends and all who knew her.
The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, June 17, at St Thomas' Church, Huntington, at 1pm, followed by Interment atCannock Cemetery.
Family flowers only please.
