Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 25, 2014.

The Funeral Service will take place Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at 12 noon, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel.

All welcome for refreshments after the Service at the Amery Unionist Club, 73 Coppice Lane, Willenhall, WV12 5RY.
