Passed away peacefully after a long illness on April 23, 2014, aged 55 years.
A much loved Husband to Liz and Dad to Amy, Ellen, Laura and Thomas.
He will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.
FuneralService to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Tuesday, May 13, at 2.10pm.
Family flowers only, donations will be gratefully received for The Brain Tumour Charity c/o J Vernon Kendrick, Vernon House, Cemetery Road, Lye, DY9 8DB.
