Sadly passed away on February 18, 2014, aged 54 years.

His Funeral Service will take place on Friday, March 7, 2014, at St. John's Church, Essington, at 11am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium.

He will be greatly missed by his beloved Wife Debbie, Daughter Rebecca, Son Nick and all his Family and Friends.
