Passed away in The Manor Hospital with Jeff and Judy at her side.

Cremation will be held at Newton Road Crematorium, 9.15am, Thursday, April 7, 2011, followed by Wake at Stone Cross Public House, Stone Cross.

Immediate Family flowers only or donations to go to St Giles' Hospice, Lichfield.

You were my rock, you were my life, we were so happy, I was lucky to have you as my Wife, what shall I do now you are not here, my heart is broken, I love you Carol my dear.

Heaven is blessed to have you, the Lord knew you could stand no more, so He called you into His arms and there you will stay for evermore.
