Passed away on August 13, 2010, aged 66 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at St. John's Church, Tipton at 11.15am, followed by Interment at Tipton Cemetery. All are welcome afterwards at The British Legion Club, Wednesbury.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Sandwell Baby Care Unit.
No dress code.
