Passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 25, at New Cross Hospital, aged 64 years.
His Funeral is to be held on Tuesday, August 10, at 11am, Bushbury Crematorium.
Family flowers only donations if desired to Cystic Fibrosis Truston the day or c/o WOMBOURNE FUNERAL SERVICES 124, Bridgnorth Road, Wombourne.
