Sadly passed away on Monday, July 26, 2010, at Waterside House, aged 91 years.
Jack will be sadly missed by Son Tudor, Daughter Jennifer, Daughter-in-law Joy, Son-in-law Malcolm, Grandchildren Zane, Lewis and Liz and Great-Grandchildren Abbie and Jordan.
Reunited together with his Wife Jenny.
Special thanks to all Staff at Waterside House, for their love, care and dedication.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, August 5, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel at 12 noon.
