Ann Doreen Sadly passed away Wednesday, June 15, aged 68 years.
Funeral Service is to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel on Wednesday, July 6 at 1.45pm.
Donations in memory of Ann can be made to Cancer Research UK.
