Passed away at St Mary's Hospice, on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, aged 64 years.
A beloved Son to his Parents Raymond and June.
Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 1pm.
Ray and June wish to thank all the Staff that took part in the Care Given at St Mary's Hospice, in Ray's last few weeks and a thank you to Friends and Neighbours for their support at this difficult time.
