Pamela Isabel Sadly passed away at home on March 22, 2019, aged 84 years.
Beloved Wife of Michael.
A very much loved Mom and Grandmother.
The Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, April 29, at 2.15pm.
Flowers welcome.
Donations if desired please for Help the Aged or Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
