Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving Family, on Friday February 9, 2018.
Cherished Partner of Jean and Dad to Johann, Neil and James.
Sadly missed by all his Friends and Family.
Funeral service at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday February 28 at 3.00pm.
Followed by the Wake at Hednesford Ex- Servicemans Club, which everyone is welcome.
No flowers at Philips request, donations gladly received to put to chosen charity.
