Sadly passed away on November 16, 2017, aged 70 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, on Thursday, December 7, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request.
