Passed away suddenly, July 10, 2016.

Sadly taken from us but forever in our hearts.

Loved and missed so much by Husband Michael, Son Andrew, Daughter-in-law Tracey, Mum Eunice, Grandchildren Kelli and Josh her four Great-Grand- children who adored her and all her loving Family.

Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 26, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 4.10pm.

Family flowers only.
