Dear Mother of Gavin, passed away peacefully at The Park House Care Home, Kinlet, near Bewdley on July 23, 2022, aged 68 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Tuesday, August 9 at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Park House Care Home Residents Comfort Fund, RSPCA and The Donkey Sanctuary, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
