Husband John, Sisters Jane, Carol, Brothers Patrick, Granville and extended Family send their sincere thanks to all who attended the Funeral and donated to the Critical Care Unit, Coventry Hospital.

A total of œ900 was presented tothe unit.

The love and support you all gave was very much appreciated, also many thanks to St. Andrew's Church, Judith for lovely Services and tributes, J. Freeman and Sons and all Staff at Cradley Heath Liberal Club.
