Peacefully passed away on Tuesday 24th
January 2012 at the Princess of Wales
Hospital, after a short illness.
Kay will be sadly missed by all of her family
and friends.
The funeral service for Kay will take place at
the Redditch Crematorium on Monday 6th
February 2012 at 1.15 p.m.
