Of Wellington.

Passed away on January 13, 2014, aged 64 years.

Beloved Husband of Chris, Father of Tracy and Antony, Taid of Enrique and Rafael.

Funeral Service on Thursday, January 23, at Telford Crematorium at 2pm.

Family flowers only but donations would be preferred for the Severn Hospice, Telford or Cancer Research UK.

At John's request please wear brightly coloured clothing.
