Passed away peacefully on December 30, 2013, aged 51 years. Of Old Ford Rise, Welshpool. Much loved Mother of Richard, Jayde and Adam and a dearly loved Nan of Cassey-George and Evie.

Funeral Service at Guilsfield Parish Churchon Monday, January 13, at 1pm, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if so desired to the HD Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
