Of Northwood, Wem, passed away suddenly on January 2, 2014, aged 60 years.

Beloved Husband of Pauline, loving Father of Andrew and Martyn, a treasured Grandad to Zoe, Polly, Nina, Phoebe, Lexi and Haydn.

Perky will besadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Michael and All Angels Church, Loppington, on Wednesday, January 15, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, donations ifdesired to be shared between St Michael and All Angels Church, Loppington and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in Church.
