Passed away peacefully at Welshpool Hospital, on December 20, 2013, aged 74 years, of Caerhowel.
Much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather.
Service of Thanksgiving for his life will be held at Forden Parish Church, on Monday, January 6, at 2pm.
No flowers by request.
