Of Hadley Park Road, Telford, passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on December 15, 2013.

Dearly loved Husband, devoted Father, Stepfather and Grandad, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service,12 noon, on Friday, January 10, at The Salvation Army Hall, Oakengates, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The County Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
