Of Walker Crescent, St. Georges, Telford. Passed away peacefully at home on December 20, 2013, aged 65 years. Partner of the late Joan, Father of Michelle, Warran and Nicola and a dear Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at 12 noon.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
