Mr Alan Walker, John, Alex, Seth, Frank, Ian, Mrs Ivy Moore and the Family of the late Mrs Pat Walker wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends, Neighbours and Members of the wider Church Family for the many cards, letters, emails and other messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be received for and will be divided between The Midlands Air Ambulance and the Parish Church of St Peter the Apostle, Worfield, Fabric Fund.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to her Doctors,to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford for all your efforts on Pat's behalf, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity and care, to the Flower PotFlorists of Shifnal for the beautiful floral tributes and to the Reverend Jeannetta Stokes, all Members of Bridgnorth Male Voice Choir and all Members of Bridgnorth Choral Society, for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of Pat's life.Thank you all.
