Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on December 16, 2013, aged 79 years.
Beloved Husband of Enid, dearly loved Father of Ian, Michael, Louise and Marcus.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, December 30, at 12 noon,
Family flowers only.
Donations, if desired, please to be divided between Ward 7 at The Princess Royal Hospital and the British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
