Passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2013, aged 57 years.

Devoted Husband of Diane, loving Dad to Michael and Ricky, dear Pops to Katie-Rose and beloved Son of Bill and Ann.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, December 24, at 12 noon.

No flowers by request, donations if desired please for The British Lung Foundation for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
